Celine Dion has endorsed a documentary about her life

Canadian singer Celine Dion has given her approval for a documentary about her life.

The untitled project is directed by Irene Taylor Brodsky and produced by Sony Music Entertainment Canada and Vermilion Films.

The picture will tell the story of her life and career accomplishments, including iconic album releases, awards, world tours, and residencies in Las Vegas.

"I've always been an open book to my fans, and with Irene's sensitive and thoughtful creative point of view, I think she'll be able to show everyone a side of me they haven't seen before," Dion says. - I know she will tell my story most honestly and sincerely."
