Ryan Reynolds decided to help a woman find her teddy bear
Hollywood actor Ryan Reynolds decided to help Mara Soriano, whose backpack with documents and iPad was stolen. Still, the most valuable item in the bag was a seemingly ordinary teddy bear.
It turned out to be a toy with a voice recorder on which the words of Soriano's mother, who died of cancer in June, were recorded.
The actor is known to have learned about this from the news and decided to help by announcing a $5,000 reward for the bear on Twitter.
"Vancouver! $5,000 to anyone who returns this bear to Mara. No questions asked. I think we all understand that the bear must return home," said the actor.
According to Mara, during the treatment, the mother's voice changed a lot, and the recording in the toy is one of her last words before the change.
"I love you, and I am proud of you, I will always be with you" - a teddy bear says these words with glasses and a dress with a denim jacket.
