Leonardo DiCaprio's Oscar helps Girl Scout Troop in the Marketing Campaign

One Girl Scout troop has come up with a clever decision to sell more cookies. The Suffolk County, NY troop uses Leonardo DiCaprio campaign.

There was the troop’s viral sign posted on their official Facebook account. It reminds of the star on this year’s Academy Awards accepting the awaited Oscar and the viral “Be like Bill” meme.

The homemade poster features inscriptions that develop the secret of Leo’s success. He wanted an Oscar. He bought Girl Scout Cookies at the show. Leo wins the award. He is smart. Be like Leo. Buy the troop’s cookies.

Chris Rock, the host of the ceremony suggested the hungry stars to buy the classic treats from the troop. The thing is that his daughters Lola and Zahra are in it. He jokingly asked if any of the celebrities will deny his princesses from cookies.

The girls shared with ABC News that DiCaprio selling campaign increased their sales. People stopped at the table while passing by and read the poster. It was hard to say no to the girls.
