Demi Lovato's mom commented on an overdose of a stellar daughter

The singer's mother first commented on a drug overdose of her daughter.

"It's still very difficult for me to talk about this, I literally start to shake a little when I remember what happened that day", Dianna told Newsmax TV.

De la Garza remembered how she was filled with SMS with the wishes of a speedy recovery for Demi, but the singer's mother did not know what was happening until she received a call from assistant Lovato. Only then did Dianna find out the truth.

"I was shocked, I did not know what to say, I, as a parent, did not expect to hear such things - never in my life, nor about any of my children", Demi's mom confesses.

The assistant told the troubled mother that Demi is conscious, but does not speak.
