Having welcomed her 4th kid, the supermodel from Russia boasted her toned abs in a mirror selfie on the Web. Her daughter from Bradley Cooper was named Lea De Seine.

The 31-year-old star modeled a set of lacey white lingerie in the photo.

We are not surprised to see such a great post-baby body. Just a month after delivering her baby, Irina uploaded a bikini shot on Instagram, so we already saw her toned abs.
