According to a source, Torres proposed her at the BNP Paribas Tennis Open (held in Palm Springs). The duo showed up at the Moët & Chandon's inaugural "Holding Court" Champagne party. This happened on Saturday. The inseparable couple looked very happy.

Ruben is originally from Columbia. Now he works as a wealth manager and tennis coach for UBS Financial Services.
Hilary and Torres were spotted together back in July. They appeared on the red carpet in December for the first time. The two came at DuJour Magazine's annual party for Art (held in Miami).

Previously Swank was married to Chad Lowe, an actor, for 10 years. They divorced nine years ago.
