Concert Of Katy Perry In China Was Cancelled

Katy Perry had to perform in China this Friday. However, she was pulled out of the concert because of a family emergency.

The singer wrote on Weibo that unfortunately she has to cancel her performance. She apologized in front of her fans and promised to come back to China soon.

The performer was supposed to perform together with Kobe Bryant and OneRepublic in order to honour Chinese Singles Day. To clarify, this is an online shopping event held in China. Actually, it reminds of Black Friday in America. Katy was proclaimed a global ambassador of Alibaba, an online payment centre, this October.

Currently we are not aware of the reason of the emergency.
