Kate Bosworth visited the SAG Foundation's Conversation on The Art of More, her television series, October 27. The star had braids. She looked so attractive and eye-catching that everyone was stunned.
The extraordinary style of the Blue Crush star wanted to have something different, but not too weird, her stylist tells. Kate’s hair was done by Bridget Brager.
At first the hairstylist used the T3 Whirl Trio Wand and Sachajuan Ocean Mist sea-salt spray in order to make “bed head” locks. Then the professional started braiding. The artist says that a deep side part was created first. After that the specialist Dutch-braided Kate’s hair down the size of the star’s head according to her hairline. The hairstylist aimed at the braid to continue its way down. The braid was placed behind the ear and wrapped around the back of the head. Finally, it was secured with the help of the bobby pin.
Brager used Kevin Murphy Powder Puff (a hair powder) as a finishing touch. The powder gives hair volume and texture inside the braid. Several pieces were pulled out, separated and left loose. This created a more “lived-in” outlook.
